Mission Statement/Description: The College Dispatch is a monthly journal specializing in literary non-fiction - a genre that includes editorials, reviews, reflections, humor, and other works in which creative literary license is used to discuss non-fictional topics. The opinions expressed within the Dispatch are not necessarily the views of its editors not the official opinion of Franklin & Marshall College. Works in the Dispatch are published and edited at the sole discretion of its Editors with high standards for quality and decency.
Policy on Advertisements: Part of the Dispatch's mission is to not have any advertisements. It was founded in protest against an ad that appeared in the College Reporter in 1999 - a call for participants to be in a debate that the Holocaust did not happen.
